17th November 2007 Windsurfing: Ynyslas Wind Direction: SSW Wind Stength: 20-30 knots Surf / Sea State: 2-3 foot messy surf Air Temperature: 10ºC Sea Temperature: 13ºC Weather: Cloudy Max Speed: Distance Covered: A nice session with my 5.6m sail and my playful Naish Hybrid Freewave. Steve Impi and another guy from the South Coast were also out. As usual when the wind is quite southerly things were a little gusty so sometimes I was underpowered no the inside and then overpowered out the back. Lots of big lumps of water. Some nice jumps and I did think about a forward loop at one point but that was as far as it got. I got munched by a monster at one point which resulted in a big hooked in rinsing followed by a big swim. All good fun though. |
